CMG Ownership has been building custom homes for 20 plus years and is licensed, insured and bonded in South Carolina. We visit the property and gather all the details.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we schedule a visit to your home. We take measurements, evaluate the site, and review existing conditions so we can design accurately and efficiently. It’s all about setting the stage for success.

3 Design & Draft

Custom plans, tailored to your space.
We’ll develop a fully custom design — including layout, materials, and 3D renderings. You’ll collaborate with us to fine-tune the vision until everything feels just right. No templates. No surprises.

4 Build & Permits

We handle the details — then get to work.
From applying for permits to ordering materials and managing construction, we take care of it all. Our team coordinates every step to ensure your project runs smoothly and stays on schedule.

5 Orientation & Education

We teach you how to use and maintain your new space.
Once installation is complete, we walk you through all the features, systems, and maintenance tips. You’ll feel confident managing everything — from smart controls to cleaning cycles.
